Shipping Costs

At Just Cats, we offer low cost shipping. If you are not satisfied with our low shipping costs, send us an email at info@justcatsstore.com

If you need to return one of our products, we will supply you with a prepaid shipping label.

If you need to exchange one of our products, we will charge a $3.99 shipping cost.

Shipping Times

We process orders within 24 hours of receiving it. You should receive your product within 3-5 business days. Some areas will have longer ship times due to customs. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If there are any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same day delivery for cat food, cat litter and cat supplies. At checkout, select "delivery" for a low charge of $5.99. If orders are placed after 3PM, delivery will occur the following day before noon.

 

Our Return Policy

We value our customers. At Just Cats, if you are unhappy with the quality or condition of our products, simply send us an email within 15 days of the day you recieved the product to info@justcatsstore.com.  We'd be happy to address your concerns.

Full refunds will be given once the product has been returned and inspected and there are no signs of use and/or damage from user or shipping.  Products must be returned in the original package (including manuals). We will supply you with a prepaid shipping label so that you don't have to pay for your return.

We will process your return within 3 days of when we recieve it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to be fully returned to your account.​
